Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the "asas one" property-management platform available at asasone.com (the "Service"), operated by legal entity name, a company registered in jurisdiction emirate, United Arab Emirates, under trade license number trade license no, with its registered address at registered address (the "Provider", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you (the "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms take effect on effective date.
1. Account Creation and Eligibility
The Service is offered solely to businesses and to individuals acting on behalf of a business. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the authority to bind the organisation on whose behalf you are creating the account.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@asasone.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other customers' data, interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service to transmit malware or unsolicited communications.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where continued access poses a security or legal risk.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including its software, source code, design, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the Provider and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription; no other rights are granted by implication.
You retain all rights in the data and content you upload to the Service, as set out in the next section.
4. Customer Data Ownership
As between the parties, you own all data you submit to the Service, including property records, tenant records, and related business information ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide and support the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination, and subject to our routine backup and retention cycles, you may request export of your Customer Data in a commonly used machine-readable format. We will not use Customer Data for any purpose other than operating the Service for you.
5. Service Provided "As Is" — No Service-Level Agreement
The Service is currently offered in an early, pre-customer phase. It is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any service-level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or commitment regarding availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time during this phase. Any future SLA will be introduced through an updated agreement and will not apply retroactively.
6. Pricing and Changes to Pricing
Fees for paid plans, where applicable, will be communicated before they apply to you. Billing functionality may not yet be live during the early phase.
We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before any change to recurring pricing takes effect, sent to the contact email on your account. If you do not agree to a price change, you may terminate your account before the change takes effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by closing it or by contacting us at support@asasone.com. We may terminate or suspend your access with reasonable notice, or immediately where you materially breach these Terms, where required by law, or where continued provision poses a security risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and data-export rights — will survive.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) liability cap floor. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of governing courts city shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have.
10. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
